About The Position

Podium is seeking an Associate Partner Manager, Automotive OEM Partnerships, to join their growing Automotive Partnerships team. This role will play a critical part in managing and expanding strategic OEM and automotive partner relationships while driving execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable managing large automotive accounts and multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced environment. This individual should possess strong project management capabilities, experience coordinating complex initiatives across internal and external teams, and the ability to build credibility with partner leadership teams, field organizations, and dealer networks.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, project management, or sales within the Automotive industry
  • Proven ability to manage large strategic relationships and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic, in-person meetings with key stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Automotive OEMs, large dealer groups, or automotive technology providers.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Understanding of OEM programs, auto dealerships, or the automotive dealer technology space
  • Ability to analyze partner performance metrics to inform strategy

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth and maximize engagement
  • Build trust and maintain strong working relationships with partner leadership, field teams, and operational stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate complex partnership initiatives, product launches, pilot programs, and go-to-market activities across multiple teams.
  • Manage cross-functional coordination between Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.
  • Own project timelines, identify risks, remove blockers, and proactively drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
  • Generate and manage opportunities for partner events, field activations, conferences, and engagement campaigns.
  • Be available to travel monthly to support partner relationship management and field initiatives.
  • Maintain strong awareness of automotive industry trends, partner priorities, dealership operations, and competitive partnership activity.
