About The Position
Join the team at New Holland Auto Group as we expand our busy Parts Department. We are seeking an experienced dealership parts professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in customer service, and is ready to grow with one of the area's largest and most productive automotive groups, with focus on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Ford, Toyota & Isuzu trucks. This is an immediate opening with a specific need for OEM Parts - Shop Counter experience. The applicant must have parts counter experience.
Requirements
- Parts counter experience
- Able to work well with others and learn new tasks
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Serious & Experienced Inquiries Only
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians & internal customers with their parts needs
- Assist with contacting customers to advise ordered parts have arrived
- Follow up on complete and incomplete orders
- Work daily to keep department neat and organized
