About The Position

This role is for an Associate Partner Account Manager in Denver, CO, within the Sales department. The position is full-time and reports to Sergi Mata. The compensation is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, with a base salary of $60,000 and a variable component of $40,000, making the On-Target Earnings (OTE) $100,000. The sales team works with Intermedia Channel Partners to resell the company's cloud services, leveraging either the Intermedia brand or the partner's own brand. Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in Channel Sales, outside sales and/or account management.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in one or more of the following areas: sales, partner-led sales and executive relationship building.
  • Strong grasp of solution and value-based selling, preferably from experience garnered working in the enterprise business applications space.
  • Superior oral/written communication and listening skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills required to successfully work in a highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Actively pursue revenue objectives generated from selling services through channel partners to their user base of small/medium size businesses.
  • Represent Intermedia during all phases from pre-sales activity to post-sales account management.
  • Prospect for new business and sales opportunities through the Partner Channel.
  • Successfully conduct sales presentations demonstrating Intermedia’s voice and data solutions.
  • Participate in sales and technology training.
  • Be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales objectives.
  • Provide partners and customers with the highest standard of customer service through the sales cycle.
  • Work with internal departments within Intermedia to ensure successful pre and post-sale experience for both the Partner and the customer, including, but not limited to VIP Desk, Carrier Relations, Tech Support, Customer Service and Onboarding.
  • Responsible for building out a territory plan as well as working with specific partners in the areas of business development, business planning, marketing execution, and overall sales enablement activities.
  • Customer and Partner Churn protection is a critical and key part of this role, ensuring we are managing Churn in the partner base by providing excellent customer service, response to escalations and overall great partner and customer.
