About The Position

Prentice Orthodontics is seeking an Associate Orthodontist to join its established, community-focused practice in Broomfield, Colorado. The role is intended for an orthodontist with the clinical skills, leadership mindset, and entrepreneurial drive to transition into the primary doctor role and help shape the practice’s future. The associate will work closely with Dr. Ricarda Prentice, build relationships with patients, families, and the team, and contribute to the practice’s continued growth while respecting its established approach to care and community relationships.

This opportunity is three days per week. The practice has an established patient base, an experienced team, strong community relationships, and digital imaging and scanning technology supporting personalized orthodontic care for children, teens, and adults. The position includes mentorship and coaching in clinical care, leadership, and business; a tailored clinical development plan; collaboration with other orthodontists; a competitive day rate, bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package; and a supported pathway to partnership and potential ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide orthodontic care and sound treatment planning for patients.
• Work closely with Dr. Ricarda Prentice and build relationships with patients, families, and the practice team.
• Take an active role in leading and growing the practice, with the goal of transitioning into the primary doctor role.
• Develop a vision for the practice’s future and contribute new ideas and an entrepreneurial perspective.
• Become actively involved in the Broomfield community.
