About The Position

Premier Orthodontics is a growing orthodontic practice serving the Charlotte metro area, with locations in Belmont and SouthPark. The associate will help build and grow the practice, shaping its patient experience, clinical systems, and culture. The practice operates within an established pediatric dental office, providing a built-in flow of young patients and families and daily collaboration with pediatric dentists. Scheduling, insurance, financial arrangements, and front-office operations are handled by the team so the orthodontist can focus on patient care. The role may grow into additional responsibility and leadership as the practice expands.
