As the oldest and largest national membership organization focused on advocating for abortion access, we organize and mobilize millions to defend reproductive freedom, elect champions, and advance legislation. The Pennsylvania Associate Organizing Director will be responsible for developing and executing a statewide organizing plan, managing all aspects of the campaign’s organizing program, including managing Organizers, GOTV, and Election Day activities. This role involves leading the design and execution of a comprehensive statewide organizing plan to engage and mobilize voters, directly managing and supporting Organizers across Pennsylvania, and collaborating with state and national leadership to strengthen organizing efforts, track progress through data systems, and ensure effective communication and alignment on key goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced campaign organizer with at least 2 cycles of field and staff management experience, skilled in VAN, GSuite, and volunteer recruitment and training. They should possess strong organizational and leadership abilities, a collaborative and goal-oriented work style, and a deep commitment to equity and cross-cultural awareness. Extensive knowledge of the Pennsylvania organizing landscape is required, along with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
