About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate Associate Optometrist to join this thriving ophthalmology practice, where they specialize in Cataracts, LASIK, Comprehensive Eye Care, Medical Eye Care, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Retinopathy, Dry Eye Management, Thorough Eye Exams, and an On-site Optical Studio. Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
- Willingness to practice full-scope optometry

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and eye health.
- Provide contact lens exams and fittings tailored to individual patient needs.
- Offer LASIK consultations and evaluate patients for surgical eligibility.
- Screen for ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.
Benefits
- Base salary of $125,000 to $155,000, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus structure tied to collections
- $10,000 signing bonus (tied to a 1-year commitment)
- Optional 3% optical sales bonus for revenue generated by the OD
