About The Position
Climate Control is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician for a full-time position in Liberty, MO. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, uncapped commission, and the opportunity to dispatch from home. Technicians can expect to earn between $80K and $150K+ annually based on performance. The company provides a consistent call volume year-round, a company-provided vehicle, insurance, a gas card, and flexible scheduling. Requirements
- Residential HVAC service experience (required)
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with performance-based pay and customer-facing work
- EPA 608 Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to earn what they deserve
