The individual will join the OpEx team and gain valuable experience by learning Lean fundamentals (DMAIC, Yellow Belt, A3 etc.) and applying learning by doing assignments. Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree
No prior experience required.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
The employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.
The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers.
Candidates below the Principal level require candidates to possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities

Owning and coaching A3s.
Co-leading training events such as Problem Solving 101, 5S, etc.
Participating in Value Stream Analysis & Lean Transformation.
Create training and simulation environment.
Tier deployment and hyper care through coaching.
Daily problem-solving support.
Obtain yellow belt.
Complete an assigned project within a specific work area or value stream.
Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).
Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
Collects data to identify root cause of problems.
Measures performance against process requirements.
Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.
Communicates team progress.
Performs cost and benefit analyses.
