About The Position
The Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by assembling, processing, or packaging products according to quality and safety standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining production flow, meeting output targets, and ensuring that finished goods meet required specifications. The Production Associate works as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and is expected to follow standard operating procedures, maintain a clean work area, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- One to six months related experience
- Must be able to read and write English.
Responsibilities
- Properly load and operate machine
- Properly thread machine with material
- Properly set machine speed for particular material to achieve piece standard for that material.
- Clean machine and area around machine daily
- Assist troubleshooting machine for problems
- Meet and maintain production and quality standards.
- Adhere to all company work rules.
- Adhere to all safety rules and practices.
- Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
- Use or wear all appropriate safety equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
