Associate Operations Processor
About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor supporting Cash Vault Services within Consumer, Small & Business Banking Operations (CSBBO). In this role, you will perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment. This position requires considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices. You will collect data and prepare related operational reports, prepare input forms for automated data processing systems, and utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties. Additionally, you will coordinate projects, furnish information to authorized persons, and provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation.
Requirements
- 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Cash handling experience

- Experience in cash handling (large amounts)
- Experience in a production/fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications, and systems while utilizing research tools effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks including working under pressure in a dynamically complex fast-paced deadline driven environment while achieving high production and quality standards
- Adaptable and flexible in both individual and team settings across all organizational levels
- Creative and proactive problem-solver, independently addressing enterprise needs with innovative solutions
- Proficient collaboration and communication skills, while demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all interactions, across all organizational levels
- Proficient organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy including managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-demand environments
- Financial Services experience
- Cash vault operations including currency processing experience
- Proficient data entry skills including 10-key
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) skills
