About The Position

The B2B Associate Operations Manager is an integral support partner for the B2B Retail Sales team, assisting in-store trade specialists. This role is responsible for providing hands-on operational project management and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sourcing, Planning, Logistics, and the Care Center throughout a project's lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in project management with a focus on organization of large projects.
• Strong organizational skills and expertise in working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners.
• Experienced in effective time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail account executives as operational support in their territory-specific pipeline of business.
• Assist Operations in managing current projects: updating inventory playbooks, auditing quotes prior to order placement, quote revisions, and checking inventory status.
• Utilize Excel and WSI systems to update project statuses at the item level, ensuring client delivery timelines are met.
• Support Ops managers and cross-functional teams by providing project details and updates to Planning, Care Center, and Logistics.
• Manage project status in partnership with the Care Center support team and Logistics team, including quotes, quote revisions, payments, order entry, and playbook management.
• Support Care Center teams with "triage" plans for customer escalations.
• Participate in account executive pipeline sales reviews.
• Execute stock checks and suggest alternate products in partnership with the Planning team.
