Associate Operations Director
About The Position
Join our dedicated outpatient team, where patient-centered care is our top priority. In this role, you will directly report to the Market President and play an important part in delivering high-quality clinical support to our Patients. The Associate Operations Director helps develop and leads implementation for staffing plans, policies, and procedures for the facility. Works closely with the Clinic Manager and dyad partner as well. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s). Leads multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health Administration or another related field.
- Or in lieu of Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of Healthcare Administration/Leadership Experience, with a minimum of 2 years Valued Base setting experience.
- 2+ years of progressive supervisory experience in providing oversight for multiple physician practices or healthcare clinics.
- 4+ years of management experience.
- P & L management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft software including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experienced with electronic medical records.
- Required to travel to Louisiana and Mississippi.
- Local travel is required; Mileage is reimbursed.
