About The Position

Become a part of our caring community. Join our dedicated outpatient team, where patient-centered care is our top priority. In this role, you will directly report to the Market President and play an important part in delivering high-quality clinical support to our Patients.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health Administration or another related field. Or in lieu of Bachelor's degree 10+ years of Healthcare Administration/Leadership Experience, with a minimum of 2 years Valued Base setting experience.
• 2+ years of progressive supervisory experience in providing oversight for multiple physician practices or healthcare clinics.
• 4+ years of management experience.
• P & L management experience.
• Efficient in Microsoft software including Excel Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experienced with electronic medical records.
• For this role you are required to travel to Louisiana and Mississippi.
• Local travel is required; Mileage is reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Helps develop and leads implementation for staffing plans, policies and procedures for the facility.
• Works closely with Clinic Manager and dyad partner as well.
• Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s).
• Leads multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.
