About The Position

This role focuses on driving operational excellence through data analysis, supplier collaboration, and process improvement. The individual will support supplier-driven updates, resolve operational issues, and analyze supplier and business performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities. They will translate insights into actionable recommendations, helping to improve processes, policies, and overall performance in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Solid SQL fundamentals and experience working with and iterating on AI agents.
  • Bridge business requirements with technical and partner constraints, leveraging strong systems intuition and an understanding of end-to-end workflows to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver against deadlines.
  • 4-years degree in business related field, x years of business or related experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute supplier-driven updates, including rental location and fleet changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for suppliers, managing change requests and day-to-day inquiries while aligning system requirements with partner capabilities.
  • Leverage SQL/BigQuery and log analysis to troubleshoot issues, identify inefficiencies, and improve processes.
  • Analyze supplier and business performance metrics to identify trends and anomalies, generate actionable insights, and partner cross-functionally to improve systems, policies, and performance.
  • Leverage generative AI tools to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and support strategic initiatives.
