About The Position

Associate Nutrition Attendant at Petaluma Valley Hospital. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. Prepares food items for patient trays, cafeteria service or catering events. Cleans and sanitizes dishware, pots, and work areas. Operates kitchen equipment, works trayline, stocks supplies and other related tasks. Works under minimal supervision and acts as a resource to others in the department. Works in a professional, efficient manner to meet the needs of the patients and customers. Age-Related Competencies: Demonstrates the basic knowledge and skills (cognitive, technical, and interpersonal) necessary to identify age-specific patient needs, appropriate for this position. Requirements

• On the job training provided.
• 1 year Food service experience within the past 3 years.
