The Associate Network Engineer provides network troubleshooting and support for Sanford Health's local area and wide area network infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, high performance data, video, and voice communications. Engineer will be a part of Technical Operations Center (TOC) responsible for network incident management as well as support Major Incident processes. This is a new team that is being built out and will be implementing new AI based tools to aid in network troubleshooting and incident management. This is an opportunity to join a growing team as it is being built out. Cisco certifications a plus.

Requirements

Experience in basic switching, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and physical cabling standards/practices required.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and network hardware and software configuration and troubleshooting required.
Associate's Degree in a networking, computer science, information systems, or related technology field. Two years of equivalent work experience may be substituted for education.
When applicable, may need a valid driver's license.
If valid driver's license is required, must maintain a good driving record.
