About The Position

The Associate is an entry-level role on the National Video Investment team and the start of a media career. Reporting to a National Video Manager, the Associate supports the senior team in delivering solutions that meet client objectives and the company’s business objectives and financial targets. The role helps maintain client schedules through scheduling, billing, and posting. The Associate has access to their manager, learns on the job, and participates in a media training program.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
0–2 years of industry experience.
At least 1 year of experience in analytics, math, and Microsoft Office products.
Interest in and familiarity with Media & Video Investment.

Responsibilities

Work with and assist Senior Associates with daily workloads.
Input buys into DDS.
Speak with networks regarding client scheduling.
Resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare reports for clients.
Organize ideas and information logically and sequentially.
Support Associates in preparing and delivering work to clients and colleagues within dentsu.
Help maintain client budget levels.
Communicate with the billing department and planning teams.
Attend status meetings.
Engage with work-related contacts professionally and respectfully.
Understand client schedules and recommend better-scheduled buys or brands.
Recommend improvements to internal workflows to improve efficiency.
Keep current with market research, including industry periodicals, email newsletters, and websites.
Apply insights over time.
Take clear ownership of assigned tasks.
