Title: Associate National Accounts Manager, eCommerce Location: Remote; Preferably Central or East Coast near major airport Position Summary The Associate National Accounts Manager is responsible for managing multiple facets of Galderma's Ecommerce business, including customer relationships, product content, forecasting, pricing, merchandising, and promotional execution. This role has direct ownership of revenue, growth, and profitability targets for assigned Ecommerce accounts and plays a critical role in accelerating Galderma's digital presence and performance. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, sound judgment, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced results-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 3 or more years of related experience
  • Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
  • Strong analytical skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is key while also adhering to deadlines
  • Flexibility to travel approx.. 4+ times a year to visit customers
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills including ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and skill sets

Responsibilities

  • Partner with ecommerce accounts like Amazon, WM.com , TGT.com, new business accounts, and more, to build strategic relationships that maximize Galderma’s digital shelf space and profitability.
  • Own revenue, growth, and profitability targets for assigned eCommerce accounts
  • Merchandise Galderma’s product catalog effectively, focusing on top volume drivers, new product introductions, and ensuring our product content is best in class
  • Manage content, pricing, and promotional strategy for your account(s) while working across multiple teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular sales and activity analysis to determine performance of customer portfolio and identify areas of improvement to meet/exceed targets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate market trends and identify new opportunities to continually acquire market share.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to achieve sales objectives; negotiate terms, promotions and assortment with customers
  • Demonstrate strong time management and decision-making skills with an ability to prioritize high impact initiatives.
  • Forecast sales accuracy and works with internal counterparts to deliver against targets
  • Manages trade spend, deductions and/or invoices received from customers for accounting purposes as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
