About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience in vendor relationship management and supplier negotiations within retail or e-commerce environments.
  • Strong skills in category strategy development and product assortment planning to support business growth.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively, leveraging insights to influence merchandising decisions and optimize category performance.
  • Proficiency in managing purchase orders, supplier issue resolution, and item setup for both stores and online channels.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate cross-functionally and support execution of promotional features and modular assortment strategies.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity, compliance, and customer-focused business solutions.
  • 2 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.
