About The Position

Nuuly is seeking an Associate Merchandise Planner to maximize subscription revenue by developing sound merchandise and assortment plans for rentals. The plans should minimize risk, increase productivity, and support Nuuly’s goals for turn and in-stock. The role uses planning tools and reporting to support decisions, solve business challenges, track key metrics, and improve strategies in collaboration with buying and planning teams. The planner will also build relationships with senior leaders, contribute to team processes, and continue developing professional skills.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in Merchandise Planning in a retail environment.
Strong financial and analytical skills.
Results-oriented approach.
Critical-thinking skills.
Problem-solving skills, including anticipating problems and handling them appropriately.
Exceptional communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong data warehouse skills, including EDW, Looker, and Island Pacific.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
