Requirements

Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
Associate license in Oregon: LPCA, CSWA, AMFT.
Associate clinicians who can demonstrate a clear path to obtaining full licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) by July 1, 2027.
Experience providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, from children to adults.

Responsibilities

Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages.
Completing 22 sessions per week.
Scheduling 28 appointments weekly to naturally account for routine cancellations and reschedules.
Acting as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the company and its leadership positively and professionally.

Benefits

Competitive Compensation: Compensation is based on billable services rendered. Brightways Clinicians make $67,158.00 to $90,558 per year (working 4 or 5 days per week).
Growth Opportunities: Associates who remain with Brightways through licensure, receive a pay and benefits increase upon licensure. Our licensed clinicians earn a range of $82,369-131,040 depending on schedule.

Flexible Schedule
Up to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off: All Clinicians receive up to 2 weeks of PTO upon hire. In addition, clinicians have the opportunity to earn up to 2 additional weeks of PTO annually through our productivity based PTO program.
Health Insurance- Employer contributions towards Medical, dental, and prescription insurance with acupuncture and chiropractic through Professional Benefits Services and dental/orthodontia coverage through Moda Health (available the 1st of the month following start date), HDHP w/ HSA.
