Requirements

  • Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
  • Associate license in Oregon: LPCA, CSWA, AMFT.
  • Associate clinicians who can demonstrate a clear path to obtaining full licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) by July 1, 2027.
  • Experience providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, from children to adults.

Responsibilities

  • Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages.
  • Completing 22 sessions per week.
  • Scheduling 28 appointments weekly.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the company and its leadership positively and professionally.

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: Compensation is based on billable services rendered. Brightways Clinicians make $67,158.00 to $90,558 per year (working 4 or 5 days per week).
  • Growth Opportunities: Associates who remain with Brightways through licensure, receive a pay and benefits increase upon licensure. Our licensed clinicians earn a range of $82,368 to $131,040, depending on schedule.

  • Up to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off: All Clinicians receive up to 2 weeks of PTO upon hire. In addition, clinicians have the opportunity to earn up to 2 additional weeks of PTO annually through our productivity based PTO program.
