About The Position

The Member Data Integrity Team (DIT) is responsible for creating and maintaining member and customer records and order transaction processing. The team also manages the American College of Cardiology (ACC) member and customer database, dues billing and collection activities, marketing and discount code creation, and product code set ups. The position supports the Member Care Team by responding to phone calls and emails as needed, received via the organization’s global email, along with supporting Member Giving activities. The Associate, Member Data Integrity is responsible for all aspects of data maintenance and customer service related to membership dues renewal processing, profile updates, exception reporting, and duplicate record management. This includes but is not limited to providing support to members and customers by phone and email as needed, data integrity and database maintenance, documenting procedures, researching, and resolving issues with customer financial data, and assisting with data projects. Additionally, the Associate, Member Data Integrity is responsible for providing training to incoming ACC staff on the Association CRM and serves as the backup for managing the mailing list rental program.
