About The Position

The Data Integrity Analyst cares about the quality of data and is always seeking ways to improve current processes. Enjoys and is motivated to solve problems, and effectively hands-off/partners with engineering when appropriate. Solves problems in a timely manner and utilizes processes, tools, and resources to ensure completion of work. Maintains client configurations and evaluates and improves data quality to ensure the overall health and stability of our platform and product efficacy. On a day-to-day basis, a Data Integrity Analyst will be responsible for identifying and resolving client configuration issues, answering product questions from internal team members, partnering with the development team to provide detailed feedback on current data trends, and handling maintenance of core product integrations. This role ideally will be able to identify areas of opportunity for improvement of our product and our processes, and have a passion for being proactive as opposed to reactive. You will develop and strengthen a desire for continuing to improve the quality and delivery of our data.

Requirements

  • Comfortable and effective communicating with technical co-workers.
  • Experience working with code (SQL, CSS, or Javascript a plus).
  • Analytical problem solver with the ability to dig into in-depth problems and come up with creative solutions.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail; ability to spot errors or data discrepancies.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Quick learner.
  • Highly organized.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience problem solving with large data sets in a professional environment.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with a software engineering team (or similar technical team).
  • CSS, SQL or JavaScript experience.

Responsibilities

  • Routine maintenance tasks, ad hoc maintenance, and data quality projects.
  • Working with various tools including SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Insomnia, and the Fourbot admin tool among others.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on Foureyes client configuration, including assisting with escalations from other teams on configuration related issues.
  • Managing complex maintenance reports and systems that indicate action items needed for clients and products.
  • In-depth data quality and integrity testing.
  • Learning the ins and outs of Foureyes' backend systems.
  • Understanding expected behavior of the platform to ensure everything is working correctly.
  • Researching information via external knowledge base, internal documentation, JIRAs, and Slack threads.
  • Collaborating with the team and other departments, including working closely with developers to debug issues.
