This role will play a critical role in the success of our client services team, contributing to all aspects of the day-to-day success of our client's media strategy and execution. This role can be remote within the United States or based in any of our U.S. office locations, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, NJ, San Francisco, or Carmel, IN.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in client-facing roles within media
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Able to enter data and complete projects with accuracy
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Highly motivated to assist others on the team
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Desire to continually learn and improve
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
  • Willingness to work traditional and non-traditional office hours as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is desired but not essential

Responsibilities

  • Aid in creation of tactical recommendations by gathering vendor proposals, tracking submissions, deploying target lists and NDAs, and building any support content for the team
  • Enter and submit campaign operations requests, such as tag request forms, screenshot decks, and creative rotations.
  • Contributes to integrity of media plan flowcharts, media plan, budget summaries, and buy specs.
  • Aid in creative assets documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including managing availability requests and calendar setups.
  • Assist with tracking campaign activities.
  • Assist with managing media budgets including client and publisher invoicing, monthly and annual billing reconciliation, and building campaigns in Mediaocean/Prisma.
