See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview: We’re looking for an Associate Media Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Innovation to help advance our media planning and buying practice within the Performance Marketing COE. This individual will be a subject matter expert on media planning and buying best practices across a diversified channel mix, including offline and online channels, and may be responsible for hands-on campaign planning, activation and reporting for special projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple clients, and a deep understanding of the end-to-end process for standing up and measuring paid media campaigns. We are looking for an individual with a growth mindset with deep functional knowledge in planning and buying across a diverse mix of traditional and digital media channels, such as connected TV, OOH, content partnerships, paid search (Google, Bing), paid social (Meta, TikTok), and programmatic media channels. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in advertising, media management, and/or media planning with experience planning and managing campaigns across a diverse media mix; agency experience preferred
  • Experience designing, setting up and analyzing results for A/B tests.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Detailed oriented, organized and ability to multi-task.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • New Vendor & Partnership Exploration · Research emerging media and ad tech solutions that could support media strategy advancement and business objectives · Support the vendor evaluation process, including gathering capabilities decks, conducting initial exploratory calls, and comparing opportunities against our existing stack · Maintain a centralized library of new and prospective partners, including POVs, use cases, pricing, and performance considerations · Assist with pilot program planning and execution for new vendors
  • Enterprise Test & Learn · Support the development and execution of our annual test and learn agenda across paid digital and traditional channels · Assist with test design, including developing hypotheses, drafting briefs, aligning measurement frameworks, and coordinating with internal analytics teams. · Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure tests are launched, monitored, and completed on schedule · Collaborate with cross functional partners to help collate performance learnings and assist in pulling results, synthesizing insights, and packaging findings for internal stakeholders
  • Advancement of Media Planning Practice · Support cross‑functional special projects tied to channel innovation, audience strategy, data usage, and platform improvements · Develop POVs and case studies related to paid media planning and buying best practices relative to Brunswick’s divisions
