We’re looking for an Associate Media Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Operations to assist with leading enterprise operations and organizational excellence across the Performance Marketing COE within the paid media function. In addition, this person will lead paid media campaign development and execution across select corporate brand initiatives, such as employer branding and growth of Brunswick’s community platform, Ripl. This individual will be a subject matter expert on media planning and buying best practices across a diversified channel mix, and will be responsible for hands-on campaign planning, activation and reporting for supported brands. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple clients, and a deep understanding of the end-to-end process for standing up and measuring paid media campaigns. We are looking for an individual with a growth mindset with deep functional knowledge in planning and buying across core digital media channels, specifically paid search, paid social, online video and programmatic display.
