In today’s constantly evolving world, consumers’ media consumption habits are shifting faster than ever before. As such, Lilly has reimagined the Media Center of Excellence, shifting to a centralized team, and focusing on best-in-class media strategy and stewardship to improve business impact. This team is charged with formalizing the build of valuable channel-specific marketing expertise, processes, innovation and knowledge-sharing. Lilly is staffing for an Associate Director, Media Strategy Lead to work in the hub, in partnership with our consumer marketing teams. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Consumer Media, US. An ideal candidate is an ROI-motivated, omnichannel media expert, with end-to-end knowledge of strategy, execution, and measurement to best partner with cross functional teams at Lilly. They will need to deliver incredible business results through paid media investment to meet company plan goals.
