The Associate, Media Strategy turns advertiser briefs and RFPs into compelling, insight-driven proposals that help Kargo's sales team win. This role sits at the intersection of creative thinking and strategic rigor — responsible for building the pitch materials, learning agendas, and sales collateral that make Kargo's value proposition impossible to ignore. Without this role, the sales team goes to market with generic decks and leaves revenue on the table. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 4 days per week.
