About The Position

The Symicor Group (Bank Recruiting Firm) has an opening for a seasoned administrative assistant with strong writing and marketing skills. This individual will work primarily on a remote basis and perform the following duties: This position offers a competitive salary of up to $25/hr – Part-Time. (This is a remote position). Associate Marketing Writer Admin responsibilities include: Write marketing copy based on various bank job descriptions. Coordinate mailing pieces between our ATS and Constant Contact Send candidacy status update requests to candidates Email financial institutions across the nation regarding potential candidates, based on job family Provide various administrative functions throughout the day. Attend team virtual meetings. Respond to bank/credit union candidate inquiries Complete various duty logs Other duties as needed.
