About The Position

The Associate Marketing Operations, Campaign Content, & Event Specialist will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing programs, campaigns, operational initiatives, and events. This role will work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, sales, and technical teams to help drive execution, improve coordination, and support scalable marketing processes and initiatives. The position will also support emerging AI-enabled marketing workflows and operational improvements across the marketing organization.

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, sales, and technical teams
• Drive execution, improve coordination, and support scalable marketing processes and initiatives
• Support emerging AI-enabled marketing workflows and operational improvements

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing programs, campaigns and operational initiatives
• Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, digital campaigns, customer engagements, workshops, and related activities
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, meetings, and stakeholder communication across cross-functional teams
• Partner with external vendors, event partners, agencies, and service providers to support successful event execution and program delivery
• Maintain project plans, status updates, action trackers, and operational documentation
• Support marketing workflow improvements and process optimization efforts
• Assist with coordination of AI-enabled marketing tools and workflow initiatives
• Prepare presentations, program materials, reporting, and executive-ready updates as needed
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support execution of strategic marketing and operational priorities
• Contribute to special projects and evolving business initiatives as assigned.
