About The Position

As an Associate Marketing Manager, Customer Marketing in the Clorox Professional Business Unit (the B2B Business within the Clorox Company), you will have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives with Leading Edge Customers (LECs) and key distributors. This position reports to the Brand Manager, Customer Marketing as part of CloroxPro’s Customer & Brand Experience (CBX) team. The Clorox Professional Associate Marketing Manager (AMM), Customer Marketing is responsible for building and executing best-in-class Customer Marketing plans to support growth for the Clorox Professional Business Unit (B2B). This position will work cross-functionally and with external partners to envision, create, and execute full-funnel demand plans that support CloroxPro’s Healthcare and Cleaning portfolios. The role will also support vertical marketing within Healthcare and Cleaning by identifying areas of opportunity, generating insights, and using those insights to create robust push and pull marketing plans.

  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong planning, project management, and data analysis skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Suite: Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge or ability to quickly learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other digital systems.
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience in a professional environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Candidates must present, upon employment, proof of U.S. citizenship or legal right to regular employment in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Business to Business (B2B) Sales &/or Trade / Customer Marketing / Ecommerce experience preferred.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Preference is for those candidates with a sincere interest in relocating to the Bay Area and working in the Pleasanton, CA office.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive full-funnel, customer-specific marketing strategies that unlock category growth and deliver measurable business impact
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers and trade partners, influencing joint business plans and long-term growth agendas
  • Shape and execute integrated marketing programs across digital, content, and channel activation to accelerate demand and brand presence
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and other functions to align priorities, unlock opportunities, and deliver against shared objectives
  • Leverage analytics and customer insights to optimize performance, inform strategy, and drive ROI accountability
  • Champion the development of digital capabilities and scalable marketing solutions in partnership with customers and internal teams
  • Proactively identify new growth opportunities, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and elevate Customer Marketing capabilities
