Associate Marketing and Enrollment Specialist - PACE
About The Position
This role will be working Monday to Friday on day shift and traveling throughout the tri county area. This position is responsible for all intake and enrollment functions, including meeting 1:1 with potential participants in their homes and guiding them through the PACE enrollment process, to meet enrollment targets. Assists in implementing strategies to enhance customer service throughout the organization. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Requirements
- Driving is a necessary as part of this role.
- Comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
- Provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
- 1 year experience working with a frail/elderly population or other direct service experience.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree Social Work, Psychology, Health Care, Marketing, Business. Or equivalent educ/experience
- Experience working in intake, marketing, and/or with service systems for seniors.
- Experience working in a PACE organization.
