The Opportunity: Commercial Marketing translates Brand strategy into scalable, profitable go to market (GTM) strategies across the U.S. and Canada. What Your Impact Will Be: Inform brand-level commercial planning, including AOP and LRGS volume assumptions, in partnership with Regions and Sales. Own pricing, promotion, and channel execution frameworks, ensuring consistency and profitability across markets. Provide A&P investment governance by brand and market, ensuring disciplined allocation aligned to growth priorities. Execute brand strategy in local markets, adapting campaigns, content, and activation to regional and retailer needs. Serve as the primary interface with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Retailers, aligning GTM priorities and execution. Track and optimize commercial performance (revenue, margin, sell-through, promotion ROI), sharing insights back to Global Brand teams to inform strategy evolution.
