Learn more about CCC at www.cccis.com. The Role Key Responsibilities: Associate Managers for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Oversee the design, implementation, and management of scalable cloud infrastructure for mission critical systems and applications in highly available, high transaction large enterprise systems software environments. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensure collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems. Define and implement DevOps strategies, policies, and best practices. Drive initiatives to improve system reliability, scalability, and efficiency. Manage budget and resources for accounts managed by DevOps and DevOps project initiatives. Lead and mentor team members. Communicate project status, risks, key metrics to stakeholders and leadership. Technical Environment: DevOps; AWS; Mulesoft; CI/CD (Github Actions, Jenkins); Java, Python, Linux/Unix administration; Kafka; SQL, MySQL, NoSQL; containerization and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker); infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible); monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch AppSignals); microservices architecture and serverless technologies; scripting languages (Python, Bash); agile methodologies.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any Engineering or related field plus 2 years of experience in systems engineering/development required.
  • experience in large enterprise systems environment to support, manage, install, and administer mission critical systems and applications
  • DevOps
  • experience with implementation & support of highly available, high transaction software environments
  • providing technical direction to engineering team
  • proven delivery and execution track record with proven experience around design concepts, development, integration, testing
  • expertise in AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda
  • containerization and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • CI/CD (Github Actions, Jenkins)
  • infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
  • monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
  • microservices architecture and serverless technologies
  • scripting languages (Python, Bash)
  • agile methodologies
  • Mulesoft
  • Java, Linux/Unix administration, Kafka, SQL, MySQL, NoSQL.
  • (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any Engineering or related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in systems engineering/development also acceptable).
