About The Position

The Associate Manager is an integral part of the store management team, responsible for developing the store team and contributing to the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence that ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. This role assumes responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager. The role requires someone who is a self-starter with a growth mindset, enjoys learning new tools, and is adaptable to new initiatives. They should enjoy being busy and accomplishing multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment, possess a passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry, have strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and can handle physical demands such as heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), constant movement, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

• Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and analyzing performance data.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assume responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
