About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Associate Manager for its Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets location. The Associate Manager is a key member of the store management team, responsible for developing the store team and executing strategies to ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. This role involves assuming responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager. The ideal candidate will embody Levi's values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and a drive for performance. The position is full-time and based in Orlando, FL.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience required
• Self-starter with a growth mindset, enjoys learning new tools and adaptable to new initiatives
• Enjoys being busy and accomplishing multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Has a passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry
• Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and analyzing performance data.
• Inspire and develop team members through mentorship and leading by example.
• Ensure smooth store operations by managing daily tasks and maintaining high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assume responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
