About The Position

Stryker’s Upper Extremities division is focused on making better outcomes easier for our Shoulder Arthroplasty customers. Our business unit is dedicated to improving patient outcomes, simplifying complex procedures, and embracing innovation with new industry-leading technologies. This role will lead a team of portfolio marketers as well as maintain product responsibilities focused on our expanding Shoulder Arthroplasty implant portfolio.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience

  • Experience with developing software on the Hololens Mixed Reality Technology

Responsibilities

  • Lead upstream marketing strategy by defining product vision, market strategy, portfolio roadmaps, and long-term growth plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive customer and market insights through segmentation, voice of customer, competitive intelligence, and unmet needs analysis to influence product development and innovation.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and product positioning while partnering cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are translated into successful product strategies.
  • Guide portfolio and lifecycle management by leading pricing strategy, evidence generation, product lifecycle planning, and strategic investment decisions.
  • Partner across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Sales, and Finance to develop business cases, launch strategies, and commercialization plans that accelerate growth.
  • Leverage data and financial insights to build forecasts, business cases, budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics that support strategic decision-making.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry stakeholders to shape product strategy, clinical evidence generation, and market adoption.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team by coaching talent, fostering innovation, driving strategic thinking, and promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
