Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, digital health, software, or a related healthcare industry.
  • Experience in commercial marketing, product marketing, product management, sales, clinical support, commercialization, or business strategy.
  • Proven ability to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable business and marketing recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating market data, business performance metrics, forecasts, and adoption trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to move quickly in a dynamic environment, be independent, and proactive.
  • Bring in best practices for outside our space, think differently, challenge the status quo.
  • Be a change agent and develop a vision for the future for the software platform.
  • Be positive and contribute to the team culture.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Experience supporting software products, digital solutions, healthcare IT platforms, or connected medical device technologies.
  • Familiarity with electrophysiology, atrial fibrillation treatment, software technologies, artificial intelligence, mapping systems, or EP lab workflows.
  • Experience leading or supporting product launches in the medical device or healthcare technology industry.
  • Knowledge of healthcare economics, hospital purchasing processes, software adoption strategies, and customer engagement models.
  • Demonstrated success working across commercial, technical, and clinical teams.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping shape emerging commercial opportunities for innovative healthcare technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of US commercial marketing strategies for the next-generation electrophysiology software platform.
  • Partner with global marketing teams to define commercialization strategies that align customer needs with business objectives.
  • Analyze market opportunities, customer adoption trends, procedural workflow challenges, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to annual business plans, business forecasts, and performance metrics related to software adoption and platform utilization.
  • Develop strategic recommendations to support market expansion and long-term platform growth.
  • Serve as a key commercial partner throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring customer and market needs are represented in development discussions and launch planning.
  • Understand platform capabilities and translate technical features into customer-focused benefits.
  • Support feature commercialization strategies by identifying customer value drivers and market opportunities for new software releases and enhancements.
  • Provide commercial input regarding workflow improvements, usability considerations, and customer adoption requirements.
  • Assist in prioritizing customer feedback and market insights to support future platform enhancements and roadmap discussions.
  • Develop an understanding of artificial intelligence and be a subject matter expert in the commercial team.
  • Lead and support commercial launch planning for new platform releases, software modules, and next-generation platform capabilities.
  • Develop launch strategies, customer segmentation plans, positioning statements, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market plans to ensure successful launch execution across sales, training, marketing communications, customer support, and field organizations.
  • Create sales enablement tools, customer-facing collateral, launch materials, and promotional assets.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and adoption metrics, recommending actions to improve customer engagement and utilization.
  • Gather and analyze Voice of Customer insights from electrophysiologists, EP lab staff, technicians, administrators, and health system stakeholders.
  • Partner with field sales and customer support teams to identify barriers to adoption and opportunities to improve customer experience.
  • Evaluate user feedback, workflow data, market research, and utilization trends to develop actionable commercial recommendations.
  • Support customer advisory boards, user group meetings, customer visits, and key opinion leader engagement activities.
  • Help ensure commercial strategies reflect the evolving needs of electrophysiology customers and healthcare organizations.
  • Support marketing campaigns, conference activities, physician education programs, and digital engagement initiatives that drive awareness and adoption of the software platform.
  • Help identify opportunities to expand platform utilization across existing and new customer accounts.
  • Monitor competitive software platforms, mapping systems, digital health solutions, and emerging technologies within the electrophysiology market.
  • Assess industry trends, customer needs, and market dynamics that influence purchasing decisions and adoption behaviors.
  • Develop competitive insights and strategic recommendations that strengthen platform differentiation and market position.
