This role sits within the Sales Policy & Governance team, which serves as the centralized owner of MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy, enforcement, and governance across Newell Brands as part of broader pricing governance and brand value protection efforts. The Associate Manager is responsible for owning and driving day-to-day MAP operations and Sales Policy and Newell Sales Support (NSS) processes, ensuring consistent execution, strong data integrity, and operational discipline across the business. This role serves as a primary MAP point of contact for Market Development & Planning (MD&P) and partners closely with Sales, Brand, Legal, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and other stakeholders to ensure MAP activities are executed consistently and in alignment with policy. While working across these stakeholders, the role maintains clear ownership of MAP processes and ensures adherence to established governance and expectations. The role owns data analysis and interpretation, using it to identify trends, explain business outcomes, and provide clear, actionable recommendations that improve decision-making and overall process effectiveness. This includes connecting data across multiple sources—often complex and not fully defined—to identify patterns, determine what matters, and proactively surface risks or opportunities.
