The Growth team at Ro is seeking a creative and performance-driven Associate Manager to lead paid social creative strategy across our Sexual Health, Dermatology, and Fertility businesses. This role will focus on developing and scaling high-performing UGC and creator-led advertising, building a robust creative testing roadmap informed by performance insights and social trends. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in paid social creative strategy, capable of delving into performance data, generating new ad concepts, and working with UGC creators to bring ideas to life. across functions to bring ideas to life. This role sits on the Growth team and is highly cross-functional, requiring a collaborative approach to working with a range of partners including Brand Design, Product Marketing, and Legal teams.
