Anduril is defining the future of defense, and we’re looking for a Partnership Marketing Associate Manager to help shape and accelerate our brand’s momentum through strategic partnerships & brand alliances. This is a net-new role, ideal for a self-starter who sees partnerships not just as a tactic, but as a lever for outsized impact. You will be responsible for managing, developing, and expanding existing and future external partnerships to elevate our brand in impactful and strategic ways. These diverse opportunities span from traditional sponsorships to groundbreaking, first-of-their-kind projects, making this role ideal for someone who thrives on seeing the big picture, determining the path forward, and driving execution to get them done. Part marketer, part operator, the ideal candidate is one with experience operating & executing programs that align with our brand, and advance Anduril’s mission. You’re creative, sharp, organized, and naturally collaborative. You have a nose for great ideas, a strong POV, and the operational chops to turn vision into execution.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or strategic marketing roles.
Obsessively high standards for excellence across every aspect of the job.
Clear executor and operator with strong track record of developing creative, high-impact brand partnerships with clear metrics and results.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
A builder mindset: you thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and love launching new programs from scratch.
Strategic and executional range: you can zoom out to set vision and framework, then dive into day-to-day delivery.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for providing clear and consistent updates across stakeholders.
A design-sensitive eye and understanding of brand integrity across channels and partners.
Deep interest in sports, technology, geopolitics, and national security; familiarity with defense is a plus but not required.
Comfortable with significant travel, up to 50% of the time, and willingness to work occasional weekends for partnership events and activations.
Mission-driven, humble, and energized by Anduril’s values and vision.
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing partnerships.
Be supporting function to Partnerships lead, driving projects autonomously when needed.
Develop creative partnerships that strengthen the brand and drive measurable results.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on strategy and execution.
Balance big-picture strategy with hands-on delivery of daily tasks.
Keep internal and external stakeholders updated with clear and consistent communication.
Coordinate & launch new programs in fast-paced environments.
Ensure partnerships maintain brand consistency and design standards.
Be an internal authority on sports, technology, and national security trends to identify strategic opportunities.
