This role is based in our New York City office As the Performance Marketing Associate, you will work across multiple channels, utilizing email marketing, social media, and AI tools to enhance engagement, drive conversions, and increase brand awareness. This position is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, impression-based campaigns, and data-driven strategies.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in digital marketing or a relevant field
  • 1-2 Years Marketing experience a plus
  • Excellent copywriting, creative writing, and communication skills
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail, with the ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently, coordinate multiple priorities, and meet multiple deadlines and high volume with a proactive approach
  • Knowledge & Skills Email & social marketing, lead generation, tracking, and analysis
  • Acute attention to detail, deadline-oriented
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals such as segmentation, A/B testing, data analysis, web analysis and marketing automation
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and email marketing tools like Eloqua.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Knowledge of Eloqua (similar CRM helpful) and knowledge/use of IIRIS

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute digital demand generation strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation and impression-based campaigns using email marketing, social media, and AI tools.
  • Maintain and manage campaign calendars to ensure timely execution and coordination across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee all aspects of campaign management, including email creation, subject line development and testing, list segmentation, and email deployment.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Drive qualified lead generation and brand awareness through strategic digital marketing initiatives and conversion optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data analytics
  • Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign elements, including ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and Call to Actions.
  • Stay informed on AI advancements and digital marketing trends to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Director/Manager to ensure campaign messaging aligns with product positioning and value propositions.
  • Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop engaging assets that drive conversions.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to share insights and align on goals.
  • Leverage AI tools to create email content and enhance engagement and conversion.
  • Use AI-powered content optimization to analyze past campaign performance and enhance subject lines, body content, and visuals.
  • Analyze campaign trends and data to refine demand generation programs.
  • Maintain detailed tracking reports for all campaigns to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Use project management tools to document campaign efforts, hours, program specifics, and completion status.
