About The Position

The Associate Manager, Performance Marketing position will play an integral part of the Performance Marketing team executing highly visible campaigns for several key entertainment brands across Versant. This position will help manage the execution, analysis, and optimization of multiple paid marketing campaigns across several ad platforms. This position will work closely with leadership to identify and manage areas of opportunity to optimize towards primary KPIs and OKRs. The ideal candidate will bring the skills necessary to apply industry best practices and incorporate data-driven strategies across all areas of paid marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or a related field and/or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of relevant business experience with strong focus on paid search & paid social
  • Strong understanding and application of PPC principles, tools & methodology.
  • Excellent analytical, prioritization, organizational, and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Must be willing to work in the Orlando, FL office

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity and passion for movies and the entertainment industry
  • Understanding of mobile app measurement is a plus
  • Basic understanding of core SEO principles and the relationship between PPC and SEO
  • Passion for analytics and digital marketing

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage paid marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Thorough understanding of multiple core advertising platforms including hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, analytics platforms such as Google and Adobe, and ad management platforms is preferred. Candidates should stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in digital marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance, perform deep dive analysis, and flag opportunities to grow or optimize performance across digital marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate with Sr. Manager and performance marketing coordinators to develop and execute best in case paid social and search campaigns.
  • Demonstrable organizational skills, and ability to work independently with a backlog of projects and tasks. Ability to prioritize is essential.
  • Ability to launch campaigns from the ground-up, including research, competitive analysis, audience ideation and technical best practice by ad platform.
