We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid media programs across search, social, display, and account-based channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the platforms every day — launching campaigns, testing creative and audiences, monitoring performance, and continuously optimizing toward pipeline and revenue impact. You’ll work closely with the Director of Growth & Product Marketing to translate business priorities into measurable media programs, with the autonomy to make recommendations and the accountability to deliver results.
