About The Position

The strategic and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager will lead our customer acquisition efforts and optimize marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will oversee the marketing mix to maximize ROI, drive high-quality lead volume, and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate is an expert in digital marketing, data strategy, and analytics, with a proven track record of leveraging tools and predictive models to inform spend decisions and improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marking, or a related role. With a focus on customer acquisition and lead generation.
  • Expertise in the Google Ads ecosystem, including PPC, programmatic display, geofencing, remarketing, SEO, and AI/GEO.
  • Experience in managing corporate and property websites, including content, UX, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with lead syndication and tracking systems to ensure accurate attribution and performance monitoring.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that optimize spend and drive measurable results.
  • Knowledge of additional marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and Funnel CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Content Management systems (WordPress) to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or related platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, behavioral analytics, and predictive analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation/Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition across corporate and property websites, ensuring sufficient lead volume to meet business goals.
  • Marketing Mix Optimization: Manage and optimize marketing spend across paid media channels, including PPC, programmatic display, social ads, geofencing, re-marketing, SEO, and GEO, to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Website Management: Oversee corporate and property websites, ensuring optimal user experience, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Syndication & Lead Tracking: Manage lead syndication processes and implement robust lead tracking systems to monitor performance and attribution.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead paid media and digital marketing efforts within the Google Ads ecosystem, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Data Strategy & Analytics: Develop and execute a data strategy leveraging tools like Google Analytics 4, Fullstory, and predictive analytics to optimize campaigns, enhance website performance, and inform marketing spend decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Consultation: Work closely with operations, revenue and innovation teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure results.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Marketing Ticket resolution – Provide troubleshooting as needed.
