Associate Manager, Operations Management (CNC Programming)
About The Position
The Associate Manager of CNC Programming leads the Canoga Park Site's CNC Programming process and provides leadership and vision to the NC Programming team. The role plans, organizes, and directs CNC Programming processes and personnel, including developing strategies and executing plans to meet cost, quality, schedule, and delivery requirements. The position provides short- and long-range planning for CNC Programming, including staffing, and ensures consistency across processes. It requires leading a diverse team and collaborating across functions to deliver results. Travel is limited to 10% or less, and the candidate must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of prior relevant Operations Management experience; or a graduate degree and at least 4 years of prior related Operations Management experience; or, in lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of prior related Operations Management experience.
- Siemens NX and Master-CAM CNC programming experience.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and complete objectives and tasks.
- Ability to lead a diverse team and collaborate in a cross-functional organization.
Nice To Haves
- Vericut experience and post-processing knowledge.
- Experience with initial implementation and/or continuous improvement of CNC CAM systems.
- Knowledge and application of Master CAM 2022 and Siemens NX12 or NX1992.
- NX Post Builder expertise.
- NX Machine Tool Configurator expertise.
