About The Position
The Associate Manager of CNC Programming leads the Canoga Park site's CNC Programming process. This role plans, organizes, and directs the CNC Programming processes and personnel, providing leadership and vision to the NC Programming team. The position is accountable for developing strategies and executing plans to meet cost, quality, schedule, and delivery requirements. It provides short- and long-range planning for CNC Programming, including staffing, and ensures consistency across processes. Travel is limited to 10% or less. The role requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant Operations Management experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related Operations Management experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related Operations Management experience.
- Siemens NX and Master-CAM CNC programming experience.
- Ability to lead a diverse team and collaborate in a cross-functional organization to deliver results.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and complete objectives and tasks.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Vericut experience and post-processing knowledge.
- Experience with initial implementation and/or continuous improvement of CNC CAM systems.
- Knowledge and application of Master CAM 2022 and Siemens NX12 or NX1992.
- NX Post Builder expertise.
- NX Machine Tool Configurator expertise.
