As the Associate Manager of Marketing Engagement for the Gaming Community, you will play a critical role in building and sustaining the authentic, always‑on gaming community at Best Buy. This role focuses on the day‑to‑day execution, operational leadership, and cultural fluency required to ensure the community program delivers long‑term value, relevance, and credibility. Partnering closely with the Senior Manager of Marketing Engagement, you will help translate strategic vision into real‑time, industry‑informed actions that resonate with gamers. In this role, you bring deep knowledge and passion of the gaming industry across games, hardware, collectibles, trading cards, and adjacent categories, combined with strong execution and cross‑functional leadership skills. You are AI‑forward — actively leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows, uncover insights, and drive more effective community engagement, with clear examples of impact in your work. You are comfortable making quick, informed decisions based on trends, community sentiment, and cultural moments, and you excel at coordinating complex workstreams across teams. You ensure programs are executed accurately, efficiently, and with the authenticity required to engage the gaming audience. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota.
